Question:  How can I communicate directly with somebody at Heavenly Chandeliers?

Question: Do you have a showroom?

Heavenly Chandeliers is an on-line retailer only.  However if you are looking for some assistance and comfort that you are buying the right product for your project we are more than happy to meet and discuss your needs.  We also have a large number of catalogues showcasing products which are not yet available on our site.

Question:  How do you protect my privacy?

Answer:  We take your privacy very seriously, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Question:  When will I receive my goods?

Answer:  Some of our suppliers vary in order processing, however generally your order will be processed the next day if you have submitted your order before noon.  All other orders will be processed within 2 days and transit time should be 2-4 days.  For further information please refer to our Shipping Information.

Question:  What payment methods do you accept?

Answer:  We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, UnionPay and you can also pay in instalments through Klarna.

Question:  What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?

Answer:  Buying the right lighting for you home is key to creating a space you can be comfortable in and very proud of which is why we feel it very important to ensure our customers can exchange or refund if they are not completely happy.  On some occasions, where applicable, a repair or replacement part may be more appropriate for you, and we will facilitate that also where we can.  For more information, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.  

Question:  What if I find the same item cheaper elsewhere?

Answer:  We have a very good Price Match Guarantee, but don’t forget we never charge for shipping!

Question: How can I find more information about a product?

Answer:  If you are unable to find the information you need in the product listing then firstly, we apologise for not having the information available, but don’t worry, call or contact and we will be more than happy to help.

Question. How much light do I need for my room?

Answer:  LED lights are measure in lumens, generally an average sized sitting or bedroom will need 10-20 lumens per square foot. while a kitchen or bathroom will need more at 70-80.  You will also need to consider what you are using the room for mostly but also the atmosphere you desire.

Question.  What are lumens?

Answer:  Lumens are a measure of visible light from the lamp or light source, the higher the lumen the brighter the source to the human eye.

Question:  What is the difference between an LED bulb and conventional bulbs?

Answer:  More light output can be achieved with much less power consumption when using an LED source.  As an example, a 50W Halogen bulb could be replaced with a 6.5W LED bulb, using more than 80% less energy.  With LED the energy is converted to light whereas with a conventional source, the energy is generally converted to heat.
