Complimentary Shipping:

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders within the UK. Regrettably, at this time, we do not provide international shipping. For inquiries regarding international delivery options, kindly contact our customer service team. 


Order Processing:

Orders undergo processing promptly, typically within 2 hours of receipt, and are promptly forwarded to the respective supplier. Upon receipt, the supplier acknowledges the order and provides details of the expected dispatch date. While the majority of items are dispatched within 2-5 days, the actual timeline is contingent on the specific supplier and whether the item is made to order. Please consult the detailed supplier delivery timescales outlined below for more specific information. Please also note that most suppliers take a seasonal break during the Christmas period, therefore items may not be dispatched from the 22nd December until the 2nd January. Suppliers will process the orders on the 2nd January ready for dispatch as soon as possible.


Supplier-Specific Shipping Details:

It's About RoMi and Good&Mojo - Shipped directly from the distribution center in the Netherlands. Weekly shipments to the UK occur on Fridays, with an average transit time of 7 days to the UK. Upon reached the UK, all orders are handed to a local courier service who will sort and onward distribute to customers' addresses. Heavenly Chandeliers will notify customers when the order has left the warehouse in the Netherlands and where possible provide tracking information once it has been provide by the local UK courier.  Please expect overall delivery time to be in the region of 10-20 days.

Nordlux - Our primary focus is on items stocked in UK warehouses, with standard delivery times of 3-5 days. Out-of-stock items can be sourced from Denmark, with an approximate transit time of 2 weeks (based on UK mainland).

Hill Interiors - Standard delivery times of 3-5 days (based on UK mainland).

Hudson Valley Lighting - Dispatch times are generally within 2-4 days.  Items are shipped direct from the supplier in the Netherlands, additional transit time may be imposed whilst clearing customs into the UK.  As such, delivery times are typically 7-10 days.

Pad Home Standard delivery times of 3-5 days (based on UK mainland).

Heavenly Chandeliers - Orders shipped from Heavenly Chandeliers' stock will typically be shipped next day with delivery times of 3-5 days (based on UK mainland).  

Ebb&Flow - Whilst the Ebb&Flow products are MTO, dispatch times are relatively prompt 5-7 days.  Items are shipped direct from the supplier in Denmark, additional transit time may be imposed whilst clearing customs into the UK.  As such, delivery times are typically 7-10 days.

Ideal Lux - Dispatch times are generally within 2-4 days.  Items are shipped direct from the supplier in Italy, additional transit time may be imposed whilst clearing customs into the UK.  As such, delivery times are typically 7-10 days.  PLEASE NOTE, some products such as chandeliers will need to be delivered via a specialist courier, therefore may involve additional transit times. 

Kolarz - Because most of the Kolarz products are made to order (MTO), delivery times can vary.  Please contact us for the latest delivery schedule, usually ranging from 2 to 10 weeks. These items are shipped directly from the warehouse in Austria and may require additional time to clear customs in France. Tracking information, if available, will be emailed within 24 hours of leaving the supplier's warehouse.


Damages in transit

On rare occasions items may be damaged transit, therefore it is important to inspect your items immediately upon receipt.  Please always carefully inspect the packaging for any damage when the courier delivers your item. If the packaging is damaged, ensure it is noted during the delivery acceptance process, and consider taking photographs. In the unfortunate event that items arrive damaged, please promptly (within 24 hours) forward the photos to returns@heavenlychandeliers.co.uk. We will initiate a replacement item or  insurance claim on your behalf.
